Bomin Geena Kim (Ms.), Patent Attorney, is in partnership with Hansung Intellectual Property. She practices all aspects of intellectual property law with her specialty particularly in patent law. She has abundant experiences for the management of numerous patent cases which includes not only the Supreme Court cases of the issues of inventive step for a chemical or biological product invention, description requirements for a pharmaceutical invention and the patentability for a selection invention, but also, many invalidation cases involving pharmaceuticals, biotech, polymers and electronic materials. Furthermore, Ms. Kim has been providing IP lectures as a guest speaker at various Intellectual Property conferences and Bio-law conferences, and, as a lecturer at the International IP training Institute in Seoul, Korea.
